Arrived on time, personable and knowledgable. This is the 2nd time we've had Mike out to repair a clothes washer. My ONLY issue is that he marks up the cost of the parts significantly. I checked online and Sears charged $111.00 not including shipping of this 2 oz part, but he charged us $179.00.
He repaired both our refrigerator on two occasions and the work was fine. However, he had our built-in microwave for over 4 months, charged us $100 to diagnose and over $250 to order parts, but he still couldn't get it working. We asked for---then demanded---a refund but have never received a dime. Should have taken him to small claims court.
