The service was efficient and polite. I am using Stanley Steamer located in Redding for a location in Paradise at a second location this week again. The appointment was made from one day to the other with no problems with courtesy at both ends, appointment and the service as well. The price is decent as well. I can recommend this service to all. I was shocked and appalled at how rude the customer service agent over the phone was. She definitely has no desire to protect her employer's reputation or business. After being treated horribly over the phone it was easy to make the decision to never use this company again.
We were extremely pleased with the excellent job that Krystal did on our carpets! She is definitely very knowledgeable about carpet and grout cleaning. She made the carpet look like new! She does a much more thorough job than most. We plan to call and ask specifically for her in the future when we have the grout done. Joy & Stan
