Horrible experience do not special order anything they don't ever seem to ever order what you want. I tried to purchase a new prop for a basic 8 horse power yamaha kicker motor nothing to out of the ordinary. I contacted them many of times for a few weeks wondering where my prop was and they just kept saying its still in order which they originally told me it would take a couple days. Sure enough after weeks of waiting and during fishing season they said "yea we never ordered it you should just go down to the yamaha dealer."
