Bought windshield wipers and had some trouble installing them in the parking lot. The gentlemen that sold us the wipers, Jim, replaced the faulty wipers multiple times and helped me install working ones even though he was on his break!

Parking is not very good here, and because it is a very small store, parts usually have to be ordered.
